The Quartones were extremely polite and friendly and got suited appropriately for their performance. They were most considerate of our pomp and ceremony throughout the dinner, pausing for speeches and toasts and moving quietly at breaks. Their performance was excellent; professional and polished and matched the event perfectly. Everyone enjoyed them, even those guests that don't particularly like Jazz!

We booked the Quartones to perform at our wedding and they played for a total of two hours during the wedding breakfast. The atmosphere they generated was amazing! We both loved the music they played, and all of the guests were equally impressed. We lost count of the number of people that came up to us and said how good they were! The booking process through Alive Network was very straightforward and professional. Having never booked live music before, it was reassuring to be able to go through a reputable agency and to choose a band with so many good reviews from previous customers. The Quartones arrived on time and set up without any fuss, and they were thoroughly professional all the way through. Once again, thank you so much for playing for us - it was the perfect finishing touch to our very special wedding day!

Dear Clare, Can you please pass on my sincerest thanks to the best jazz band on the planet! How good are the Quartones? They have received so much praise. Please apologise that they did not have the biggest audience as most of my friends hung around outside - that said, they all could hear the music and loved it so much. I did try my best to encourage more to come in. If you wish to use me as a reference, I am happy to put something in writing, or you can simply take what I have said above. We'd like to extend a huge thank you to The Quartones for playing during our Wedding Breakfast in December 2010. They were a very professional group of guys who fit perfectly into our day. The selection of swing and jazz we had requested, with appropriate additions by the band on top, was just perfect. Being a jazz fan for over fifty years, I was delighted with both the approach and the performance of the Quartones at my recent birthday celebrations. The musicianship was excellent and there were some terrific solos from sax, piano and bass within what was always a varied and, at least to a jazz fan, a recognisable set. I have had nothing but positive feedback from my guests, many of whom know their music, and the gentle swinging nature of the band made for a relaxed, warm and enjoyable occasion. I only wish that I could have sat down and listened to them more closely, but you know what your own parties are like! I would recommend "The Quartones" without reservation.
